How much does the Veo cost?

The Veo camera costs €999. But, you also need to pay for a subscription to use it. This can be anything from €45 to €165 per month, depending on your team size.

Why do I need a subscription plan?

Without a subscription plan, you won't be able to do much with your Veo Cam. The subscription plan gives you access to the Veo Editor, where you can upload, watch and analyze your recordings from the Veo Cam. All subscriptions work across sports so that you can use the same camera for different sports.

You always need one subscription per Veo Cam. Let’s take a couple of examples. If you plan to buy two Veo Cams and use them both for three different teams, you need two Club subscriptions. However, if you plan to buy Veo for your club’s six teams and they each have their own Veo Cam and never share them, you need six Team subscriptions.

Disclaimer: Veo Analytics and Live-streaming for Veo Cam 2 are add-on subscriptions purchased separately.

How do I activate my plan?

Once your Veo order is shipped, you will receive a "Create your Veo account" email (received from service@veo.co). Please note that when you link your Veo Cam to your Veo account, your subscription will be activated and will start running from that date. Find out more here.

Do I need a subscription for each camera?

Yes. You always need one subscription per Veo Cam. 

If you plan to buy two Veo Cams and use them both for three different teams, you need two Club subscriptions.

However, if you have six teams and each has its own Veo Cam, you need six Team subscriptions.

How much does the shipping cost?

Free for all EU countries.

Except for Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland. The shipping will be 79 EUR.

For the rest of the World, the shipping cost will be 129 EUR.

Does the camera come with a data plan or do I need my own?

The camera does not come with a data plan. You need to input an active SIM card with a capable data plan to your Veo Cam 2 to live-stream.

Important: We highly recommend creating a data-only subscription. A SIM card made for a smartphone, including phone service and text messages, will typically not work with your Veo Cam 2. When you acquire the SIM card, make sure to have confirmed by the carrier that your subscription is data-only.

Can you use your SIM card for your cellphone to enable live streaming?

Most carriers do not support this, as phone plans are tied to a specific device. Some carriers may support this. Please reach out to the individual carrier for support.
